Latin and Irish have no words for “Yes” or “No”

Unlike English, where a simple yes or no does the job, Latin and Irish require full-sentence responses.

🗣️ Latin Example:
“Did you come yesterday?” → “Veni.” (“I came.”)

🇮🇪 Irish Example:
“Will you come?” → “Tiocfaidh mé.” (“I will come.”)

So next time someone asks you a yes/no question, answer like an ancient Roman or a fluent Irish speaker—with a full sentence! 🏛️🍀
